Currently, we are looking for passionate life-long learners for the following:
Associate Director of Communication/Website:
Assists the Director of Communication with marketing and communication about the upcoming series.
Associate Director of Registration:
Assists the Director of Registration with registration, maintain membership lists and help with the info helpline.
Shared Board position. Attends Board meetings once a month. Records and distributes Minutes to Board members after the meeting. This position is shared between 2 people so there is a rotation each month to record and distribute the Minutes.
GTLLI Board Curriculum Committee:
Dropbox Co-ordinator for Curriculum Committee:
Minimal time commitment; post documents, lecturer contracts etc. to Dropbox; occasional updates to existing Excel Spreadsheets and other administrative tasks.
