The system assumes that you can confidently enter your username/email address and password to get into your account.
In order to protect against unauthorized access to your account, if more than a few unsuccessful attempts to log in to GTLLI account(s) are made from your computer/device the security system will lock your account for at least an hour.
Refresh your memory or check your manual record of your key info and if you have just mistyped one of them, wait at least an hour and try again.
On some devices, after you start to type your password, a small ‘eye’ will appear in the password box.
If it does, and you click on it, you can see what you are typing before you hit enter.
